Party Reservation & Cancellation Policies

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT

  • A non-refundable deposit and Drivers License identification are required on all rentals and reservations. Customer will need to sign a paper agreement before picking up any rental items also.

  • Reservations should be placed as early as possible due to availability. All rentals are reserved on a first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

  • Reservations made require 50% down in advance to secure booking.   

CANCELLATION POLICY (Full or Partial Cancellation)

  • If a cancellation is made, the deposit is non-refundable. It will not be returned.

  • Any specialty items ordered for customer's event will be charged 100% (cannot be canceled). 

  • Cancellations made due to weather will not incur any further charges. However, the deposit will not be refunded. The customer has the option to reschedule within 180 days to utilize the rental.
